摘要
以Z市G镇为流动人口提供公共服务的社会组织为例,引入社会资本理论,在对社会资本展开类型学区分的基础上,聚焦社会组织如何影响流动人口的社会资本构建,进而对流动人口社会融入所产生的积极作用,研究发现:社会组织是促进流动人口社会融入的另一关键,其中有着复杂的作用机制。异地商会、行业协会、老乡会等社会组织将以“三缘”为基础的初级关系的流动人口聚合在一起,帮助流动人口搭建起结合型社会资本;社区社会组织帮助流动人口培育出桥接型社会资本;枢纽型社会组织为流动人口提供了上下交融、左右互动的连结型社会资本。三个层次的社会资本对流动人口的社会融入均产生了不同程度的积极作用,但桥接型社会资本和连结型社会资本的作用更为深远。因此,要积极推动社会组织为流动人口提供更多的桥接型社会资本和连结型社会资本。
Taking G Town in Z city as an example,this paper focused on how the social organization promotes the social integration of migrant population and how it plays a positive role in the social integration of floating population.It was found that social organization is another key to promoting the social integration of migrant population,and it is the result of complex mechanism.Social organizations such as chambers of commerce,industry associations and associations of fellow villagers in different places gather together the floating population with primary relationships based on“three relationships”to help them build integrated social capital.Community social organizations help floating population to cultivate bridging social capital;The hinge type social organization provides the floating population with the link type social capital which blends up and down and interacts with left and right.All three levels of social capital play a positive role in the social integration of floating population to varying degrees,but bridging social capital and linked social capital play a more far-reaching role.Therefore,social organizations should be actively promoted to provide more bridging social capital and linked social capital for floating population.
