摘要
目的探究在外科手术基本技能操作教学中运用虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)技术的实际效果。方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月到本院外科接受基本技能培训的30名学员进行研究,按不同的教学方法分为两组。15名学员接受传统教学为对照组,另外15名学员接受虚拟现实技术教学为观察组,比较两组的教学效果。结果观察组学员期末手术技能考核优良率(86.67%)高于对照组(53.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学员对教学方法在激发学习兴趣、学习自主能力提升、创新性思维增强、交互性良好、课程内容丰富性方面的评价均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现实技术应用至外科手术基础技能操作教学中,可显著提升学员的外科手术操作能力。
Objective To explore the practical effect of using Virtual reality(VR)technology in the operation teaching of basic surgical skills.Methods 30 students who received basic skills training in the surgery department of our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected for study.They were divided into 2 groups according to different teaching methods.Fifteen students received traditional teaching as the control group,and another 15 students received virtual reality technology teaching as the observation group.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the final surgical skill examination of the students in the observation group(86.67%)was higher than that in the control group(53.33%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The students in the observation group evaluated the teaching methods better than those in the control group in stimulating learning interest,improving learning autonomy,enhancing innovative thinking,good interaction and rich course content(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of virtual reality technology to basic surgical skill operation teaching can significantly improve the surgical operation ability of students.
