摘要
本文提出了一种以乘客需求为导向的智能公共交通系统发展方向,以满足不断增长的乘客出行需求,并有效提高公共交通服务质量与服务效率。采用互联网数据提取与线下问卷调查相结合的方法,精准识别乘客的新特征、新诉求和新期盼。并依托智能网联环境下的新一代信息与通信技术,探索公共交通系统发展的新方向,以乘客需求为导向提出公交系统智能化运营与管理的发展方向,实现精准服务、绿色环保和一体化出行的公交服务系统升级与转型。在大数据分析、智能网联信息与车路协同技术的支撑下,从网络层、线路层、交叉口层出发,基于现有案例与技术基础,为在公交网络中应用新技术方法提供新思路。
This paper proposes a passenger demand-oriented development direction of intelligent public transport system to meet the growing passenger travel demand and effectively improve the service quality and efficiency of public transport.The combination of Internet data extraction and offline questionnaire survey is used to accurately identify the new characteristics,demands and expectations of passengers.Relying on the new generation information and communication technology under the intelligent network environment,it explores the new direction of the development of public transport system,puts forward the development direction of intelligent operation and management of public transport system guided by passenger demand,and realizes the upgrading and transformation of public transport system with accurate service,green environmental protection and integrated travel.With the support of big data analysis,intelligent network information and vehicle road coordination technology,starting from the network layer,line layer and intersection layer,and based on existing cases and technical basis,this paper provides new ideas for the application of new technologies in public transport network.
