摘要
目的:观察德谷门冬双胰岛素注射液联合二甲双胍治疗单纯口服降糖药血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法:选取92例单纯口服降糖药血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=46)与对照组(n=46)。对照组给予门冬胰岛素30注射液联合二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予德谷门冬双胰岛素注射液联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]水平、血脂指标[三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.83%(45/46),明显高于对照组的78.26%(36/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:德谷门冬双胰岛素注射液联合二甲双胍治疗单纯口服降糖药血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低血糖指标水平和不良反应发生率,以及改善血脂指标水平,其效果优于门冬胰岛素30注射液联合二甲双胍治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of insulin Degludec and insulin Aspart injection combined with Metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with poor blood glucose control by single oral hypoglycemic drug.Methods:92 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with poor blood glucose control by single oral hypoglycemic drug were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46)according to the random number table method.The control group was given insulin aspart 30 injection combined with Metformin,while the observation group was given Degludec and insulin Aspart injection combined with Metformin.The treatment effects,the blood glucose index levels[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)],the blood lipid index levels[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low Density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%(45/46),which was significantly higher than 78.26%(36/46)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FPG,2hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TG,TC,and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of HDL-C was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Insulin Degludec and insulin Aspart injection combined with Metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with poor blood glucose control by single oral hypoglycemic drug can improve the
