摘要
目的:探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗效果与临床症状改善作用。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年6月黄石市爱康医院收治的96例多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机分为两组,每组48例。对照组应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用二甲双胍治疗。比较两组生殖激素水平、治疗效果、临床症状与生活质量。结果:两组治疗前各指标水平对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后雌二醇、泌乳素、LH、FBG、睾酮水平均低对照组,FSH水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.9%,高于对照组的85.4%(χ^(2)=4.909,P=0.027)。两组治疗前临床症状对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后症状改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前生活质量评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对多囊卵巢综合征患者进行炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍治疗,效果理想,可改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,该治疗方法临床应用可行性较高,可在临床广泛应用。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Tablets combined with Metformin on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and the improvement of clinical symptoms.Method:A total of 96 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in Huangshi City Aikang Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Tablets,and the study group was treated with Metformin on the basis of the control group.The reproductive hormone level,treatment effect,clinical symptoms and quality of life of two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in the levels of indicators between two groups before treatment (P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of estradiol,prolactin,LH,FBG and testosterone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the level of FSH was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.9%,which was higher than 85.4% in the control group (χ^(2)=4.909,P=0.027).There were no statistically significant differences in clinical symptoms between two groups before treatment (P>0.05);the improvement of symptoms in the study group after treatment were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the quality of life scores between two groups before treatment (P>0.05);the quality of life scores of the study group after treatment were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Tablets combined with Metformin in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,the effect is ideal,it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,the clinical application of this treatment method is feasible,therefore,it should be widely used in the clinical treatment.
