摘要
目的分析在多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者中实施炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍片的治疗效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年7月成武县文亭街道办事处社区卫生服务中心收治的多囊卵巢综合不孕症患者80例,经抽签法分为实验组与参照组,各40例。实验组接受炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍治疗,参照组接受炔雌醇环丙孕酮片单独治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的性激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的性激素水平均降低,且实验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组的排卵率、妊娠率比参照组高(P<0.05)。结论在多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者中联合应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片与二甲双胍治疗效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets combined with Metformin Tablets in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.Methods A total of 80 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to the Community Health Service Center of Wenting Street Office in Chengwu County from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the reference group by lottery,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets combined with Metformin,the reference group was treated with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets alone,and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in sex hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,sex hormone levels were reduced in both groups,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The ovulation and pregnancy rates in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets combined with Metformin in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility is effective and worth promoting.
