Research on resonance and dynamic response of coal conveying trestle in coal mine

摘要 为研究钢桁架输煤栈桥在空载及负载情况下的动力响应,以煤矿输煤栈桥为背景,运用有限元模拟软件建立输煤栈桥的计算模型,计算输煤栈桥在空载及负载工况下的振动频率及模态,通过分析结构位移及加速度响应和频域,结合现场测点所取得的实测数据,计算共振区范围。结果表明:输煤栈桥在空载及负载情况下竖向位移和振动频率相差较大。有限元模拟软件得出栈桥结构自振频率为3.76 Hz,计算公式得出空载工作条件下竖向最大位移为0.048 mm,负载工作条件下的竖向最大位移0.368 mm,相差较大,负载时结构响应更大。在类似于输煤栈桥这种柔性结构设计时,应充分考虑动态响应问题;在频域分析中有3个明显的共振区,分别为第1共振区(2.5~4.3 Hz)、第2共振区(8.5~9.9 Hz)和第3共振区(11.1~12.3 Hz),第1共振区当频率为3.4 Hz时易出现共振,对整体结构产生破坏。对实测值与计算值进行对比,结果表明偏差在合理范围内。 The coal-conveying trestale of coal mine is taken as the research object to study the dynamic response of steel truss coal-conveying trestle under no-load and load conditions.The calculation model of coal conveying trestle was established by using finite element simulation software,and the vibration frequency and mode of coal conveying trestle under no-load and load conditions were calculated respectively.By analyzing the structural displacement and acceleration response and frequency domain,the range of resonance zone was determined based on the data obtained from the field measuring-points.The results show that the vertical displacement and vibration frequency of the coal conveying trestle are quite different under no-load and load conditions.By the finite element simulation software,the natural frequency of trestle structure is 3.76 Hz;from the calculation formula,the maximum vertical displacement under no-load working condition is 0.048 mm,and the maximum vertical displacement under load working condition is 0.368 mm.The difference is large,and the structural response is larger under load.The flexible structure similar to the coal-conveying trestle must be designed with the dynamic response in view.In the frequency domain analysis,there are three obvious resonance regions,namely the first resonance region(2.5~4.3 Hz),the second resonance region(8.5~9.9 Hz)and the third resonance region(11.1~12.3 Hz).When the frequency in the first resnance region is 3.4 Hz,resonance is easy to occur,resulting the damage of the overall structure.A comparison of the calculated values with the measured values show that the deviation is small.
