摘要
随着现代工艺的不断改进及局部场地的限制,钢结构栈桥的跨度、桥面宽度不断的增加,但相关钢结构栈桥的研究较少。钢结构栈桥连接着转运站和主厂房,起着供给原料的作用,一旦出现问题就有会导致整个工作系统瘫痪,所以对于钢结构栈桥的安全性设计就显的尤为重要。为了研究大跨度输煤钢结构栈桥的动力特性和抗震性能,利用SAP2000建立输煤栈桥模型,对其进行模态及竖向地震响应分析。结果表明:钢结构栈桥体系模态振型密集,竖向地震作用对于7度设防烈度Ⅱ类场地的钢结构栈桥节点位移和杆件内力影响极大。研究结果对此类结构的动力性能评估和抗震设计研究具有重要的实际指导意义。
In recent years, with the development of the process continuously, and the limitation of local site ,make steel structure bridge span and bridge deck width increase unceasingly, but less study of bridge steel structure. Steel structure rack connects the transfer station and main plant to play the role of a supply of raw materials, once problem appear likely paralyzed the whole chain, so the safety design of steel structure rack is important. A model is established by SAP2000 software to study the dynamic char- acteristics and seismic behavior of the long-span steel structure coal-conveyer-gallery. This paper makes modal analysis and the vertical seismic response analysis of the coal-conveyer-gallery. The conclusion shows that the vibration mode of steel structure gallery is dense and vertical earthquake action has a large influence on the deformation and stress of this gallery in Intensity Region 7 ( site of category Ⅱ ) , which is of important practical reference for dynamic performance evaluation and seismic design of the long-span steel structure coal-conveyer-gallery.
