摘要 在制备聚氯乙烯(PVC)阻燃材料时,运用铝镁系阻燃剂以及硅微粉作为添加剂,并对制备的阻燃材料的性能进行研究。分析结果表明,当氢氧化镁(FM)的质量分数为10%,即阻燃剂含量为10%时,与纯PVC面料相比,燃烧时间、氧气指数和烟密度分别提升了86%、40%与49%。同时,相比于纯PVC面料,其热扩散系数和热导率分别提高了166%和193%。当硅微粉(SF)的质量分数为20%时,加入SF和FM的PVC的热扩散系数相较于未加入阻燃剂时提升了166%,加入SF和氢氧化铝(FA)的PVC的热扩散系数为0.48,相较于未加入阻燃剂时提升了135%,效果明显。 Aluminum magnesium flame retardant and silicon powder were used as additives in the preparation of PVC flame retardant materials,and properties the prepared flame retardant materials were studied.The results show that when the mass fraction of magnesium hydroxide(FM)is 10%,that is,the content of flame retardant is 10%,the combustion time,oxygen index and smoke density are increased by 86%,40% and 49% respectively compared with pure PVC fabric.At the same time,compared with pure PVC fabric,its thermal diffusion coefficient and thermal conductivity increased by 167% and 193% respectively.When the mass fraction of SF is 20%,the thermal diffusion coefficient of PVC with SF and FM is 166% higher than that without flame retardant,and the thermal diffusion coefficient of PVC with SF and FA is 0.48,135% higher than that without flame retardant.
