摘要
以有机硅改性苯丙乳液为基料,以聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)、三聚氰胺(MEL)为阻燃体系,加入粉煤灰作为抑烟剂,制备粉煤灰含量不同的膨胀型钢结构防火涂料并进行耐火性能及烟密度的测试。结果表明,加入粉煤灰的阻燃涂料试样烟密度均降低;部分试样能降低涂料燃烧后的最高温度;部分试样升到最高温度所需时间延长。
Using silicone modified styrene acrylic emulsion as basic material, ammonium polyphosphate (APP), pentaerythrite (PER), melamine (MEL) as a Fire-retardant system, adding the fly ash as the smoke suppressant, preparation of fly ash with different content of intumescent fire retardant coatings for steel structure and fire resistance performance and smoke density test. The experiment shows that smoke density of addition of fly ash were decreased; some specimens can reduce the maximum temperature of the coating after burning; some specimens rose to the highest temperature required time prolonged.
