摘要
概述了杭州市花卉苗木产业发展现状,杭州市花卉苗木产业兴于20世纪90年代,先发优势明显,是全国重要的花卉苗木产区之一,花卉苗木产业成为最具优势的地方特色农业产业,形成了产品丰富,业态多样,产业细分,产业链完善,育、繁、推、研一体的稳定发展体系,并培育了大量多梯级的人才队伍。杭州市花卉苗木产业存在的主要问题是同质化现象严重,导致品种结构性过剩;育种基础薄弱,特色产品和精品缺乏;与粮争地问题突出;苗农的清理、腾退情绪反应迷茫。提出了以退苗还粮、保障粮食安全的背景和契机,根据产业特点重点向美丽经济产业、育种高科技产业、智能智慧产业、花卉文创产业以及健康产业的发展路径,促花卉苗木产业转型升级。
The flower and seedling industry in Hangzhou,,with obvious first mover advantage,was developed in the 1990s.It is one of the important flower and seedling producing areas in China.This paper analyzes the main problem of flower and seedling industry in Hangzhou,is the serious homogenization,which leads to the structural surplus of varieties;Weak breeding foundation,which leads to the lack of characteristic products and high-quality products;The problem of land competition with grain is prominent;The emotional reaction of the people who planting seedling to cleaning up and retreating was confused.By the end 2020,nurseries were demanded to be transformed to farmland.Countermeasures were put forwarded for further development of flower and seedling industry in Hangzhou,such as focusing on better utilization of land,“beautiful economic industry”,strengthening breeding,etc.
