摘要
目的分析河南省艾滋病筛查实验室网络建设及管理状况,为下一步全省筛查实验室能力建设、实验室生物安全管理、检测质量提升和统筹资源分配提供科学依据。方法通过"全国艾滋病检测实验室信息管理系统"调取截止2021年6月河南省艾滋病筛查实验室信息情况,结合2020年质量考评及督导工作报告,分析河南省艾滋病筛查实验室的区域分布、覆盖率、日常检测量及质量管理情况。结果全省共有794家在用艾滋病筛查实验室,县区级实验室建成覆盖率达到95.4%。2020年全省HIV抗体筛查总检测量1269万人次,HIV抗体筛查阳性数2.24万人次,平均阳性率0.18%。2020年度实验室质量考评优秀、良好、合格和不合格数量分别为122家(15.9%)、243家(31.7%)、385家(50.2%)和17家(2.2%)。结论河南省各地已初步建立完善的艾滋病筛查实验室检测网络,基本满足艾滋病检测工作需求,还需进一步加强实验室质量管理。
Objective To analysis construction and management status of HIV-screening laboratories network in Henan province,and to provide scientific basis for capacity of improvement of testing capabilities,management of laboratory biosafety and improvement of testing quality and overall allocation of resources.Methods By retrieving the information of Henan AIDS screening laboratory registered in the national AIDS testing laboratory information management system,combined with the 2020 quality evaluation and supervision report,the regional distribution,coverage rate,daily routine survey and quality management of AIDS screening laboratory in Henan province were analyzed by June,2021.Results There were 794 AIDS screening laboratories in Henan province,and the coverage rate of the county level laboratories has reached 95.4%.In 2020,the total number of HIV antibody screening in the province was 12.69 million times,the number of positive screening was 22.4 thousand times,and the average positive rate of screening was 0.18%.In the quality assessment of screening laboratories in 2020,the score of excellent,good,qualified and unqualified laboratories were 122(15.9%),243(31.7%),385(50.2%)and 17(2.2%).Conclusion The HIV laboratory network in Henan is relatively complete,running well,and the distribution is basically reasonable.However,the equipment management,internal quality control and laboratory biosafety still need to be improved.
