摘要
聚醚醚酮(PEEK)复合材料在耐高低温、自润滑、机械性能、绝缘屏蔽等方面综合性能优异,对提升水下无人装备战技性能具有重要价值。通过对比分析PEEK、纤维增强树脂基复合材料、特种工程塑料等性能特点,研究了水下无人装备发展技术趋势和新材料需求,结合PEEK复合材料国内外技术发展现状,航空航天、兵器、机械、电气电子等应用现状,以及当前自主可控技术要求,提出了PEEK复合材料在水下无人装备上的典型应用场景与性能优势,剖析了PEEK复合材料结构设计与性能改进、自主可控树脂研发、工艺技术实现等关键技术及解决方案,为水下无人装备典型结构设计与选型提供有益参考。
Polyetherketone(PEEK) composite material has excellent comprehensive performance in terms of high and low temperature resistance, self-lubrication, mechanical properties, insulation and shielding, and is of great value to improving the combat technical performance of underwater unmanned equipment.The performance characteristics of PEEK,fiber-reinforced resin-based composite materials, special engineering plastics were compared and analyzed, and studied the development technology trends of underwater unmanned equipment and the demand for new materials.At the same time, combined with the domestic and foreign technology development status of PEEK,the application status of aerospace, weapons, machinery, electrical and electronic, as well as the current self-control technology requirements, the typical application scenarios and performance advantages of PEEK in underwater unmanned equipment were put forward.In addition, the key technologies and solutions such as PEEK structure design and performance improvement, independent controllable resin research and development, and process technology realization were also analyzed, provided a useful reference for the typical structural design and selection of underwater unmanned equipment.
