摘要
鱼类是脊椎动物中种类最多的物种,其有性生殖具有多种策略,并且具有明显的雌雄二态性。鱼类具有复杂的性别决定机制,性别决定主要受遗传因素和环境因素的影响,其中遗传因素主要指染色体上的性别决定基因,环境因素主要包括水温、溶氧、光照、pH值、养殖密度及激素等。本文介绍了鱼类生长的雌雄二态性及鱼类性别决定基因,并综述了AMH基因的研究进展及AMH基因与其他性别决定基因的级联效应,旨在为水产养殖鱼类的单向性别控制、疾病预防及高效育种提供理论依据。
Fish is the most diverse vertebrate species, and its sexual reproduction has a variety of reproductive strategies, and the growth of male and female dimorphism.Fish have a complex sex-determining mechanism, which is mainly affected by genetic factors and environmental factors. The genetic factors mainly refer to the sex-determining genes on chromosomes, and environmental factors mainly include water temperature, dissolved oxygen, light, pH value, culture density and hormones.This paper reviewed the research progress on the sex dimorphism of fish growth and sex-determining genes. The research progress of AMH gene and the cascade effect between AMH gene and other sex-determining genes were reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis for one-way sex control, disease prevention and efficient breeding of aquaculture fish.
