摘要
目的:分析复杂踝关节骨折的手术内固定及康复治疗效果。方法:选取娄底市中心医院2019年2月至2020年2月收治的复杂踝关节骨折患者50例,随机分为两组,每组25例。对照组患者给予保守外固定治疗,观察组患者给予手术内固定治疗及康复治疗。比较两组患者的住院时间、治疗优良率、踝关节功能Mazur评分、生活质量指标评分及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者的住院时间为(9.56±1.23)d,短于对照组的(11.56±1.27)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者踝关节功能Mazur评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者踝关节功能Mazur评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗优良率为100.00 %,显著高于对照组的76.00 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者各项生活指标评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者各项生活指标评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后并发症发生率为0.00 %,显著低于对照组的16.00 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复杂踝关节骨折的手术内固定及康复治疗效果确切,可更好恢复关节功能,缩短康复时间。
Objective To analyze the effect of surgical internal fixation and rehabilitation in the treatment of complex ankle fractures.Methods 50 patients with complex ankle fractures in Loudi Central Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 25 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conservative external fixation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with surgical internal fixation.The hospitalization time,excellent and good treatment rate,Mazur score of ankle function,quality of life index score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was (9.56±1.23) d,which was shorter than that of the control group (11.56±1.27) d,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Mazur score of ankle function between the two groups (P > 0.05);After treatment,the Mazur score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The rate of excellent and good treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.00% of the control group (P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of various life indexes between the two groups (P > 0.05);After treatment,the scores of various life indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 0.00%,significantly lower than 16.00% in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of surgical internal fixation and rehabilitation treatment of complex ankle fracture is definite,which can better restore joint function and shorten rehabilitation time.
