摘要
目的研究探讨治疗踝关节骨折伴下胫腓联合分离的手术治疗方式及临床意义。方法选取2017年3月至2018年1月在我院接受踝关节骨折伴下胫腓联合分离治疗的病患40例,随机将病患分为两组,给予其中一组病患常规治疗设为常规组,另一组病患给予骨膜移位法进行治疗设为移位组,每组各20例病患,比较分析两组病患的临床治疗效果。结果移位组总体治疗有效率为90%,常规组总体治疗有效率为75%,移位组病患的总体治疗有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);且移位组病患的骨折愈合时间明显短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在踝关节骨折伴下胫腓联合分离的治疗中采用骨膜移位法,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the surgical treatment and clinical significance of the treatment of ankle fracture with surgical treatment of separation of tibiofibular joint.Methods Forty patients with ankle fracture and surgical treatment of separation of tibiofibular joint were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2018.Patients were randomLy divided into two groups.One group was treated with routine treatment and the other group was treated with periosteal transposition,and 20 patients in each group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The overall effective rate was 90% in the transposition group and 75% in the conventional group.The overall treatment efficiency of the patients in the transposition group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05).The fracture healing time was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The periosteal displacement is used in the treatment of ankle fracture with inferior tibiofibular joint separation.The clinical effect is significant and worthy of popularization and application.
