摘要
2020年初蔓延至全球的新冠肺炎(COVID-19)表现出很强的传染性。建筑工地作为人员密集型公共场所,尤其要做好工地的疫情防控工作。与此同时,这些防疫措施明显扰乱了工人们的日常生活。引入COVID-19相关任务挫折用于概括疫情带来的突发变化给建筑工人施加的一种组织约束,构建一个有调节的中介模型,探索可能对工人工作心理和行为结果的影响机理,采用SPSS和MPLUS工具分析收集到的328份调研数据。研究表明:COVID-19相关任务挫折对安全遵守行为具有显著正向影响;角色超载在COVID-19相关任务挫折与安全遵守行为之间的中介效应显著;社会支持显著负向调节以上变量之间的关系。
Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),which has spread globally in early 2020,is highly contagious.The construction site is a densely populated public place.It is particularly important to do a good job in the prevention and control of the epidemic on the construction site.At the same time,these epidemic prevention measures have obviously disrupted the daily lives of workers.In order to explore the mechanism of the sudden changes brought about by the epidemic on the psychology and behavior of construction workers,this study introduces COVID-19 related task setback to summarize an organizational constraint imposed on construction workers by sudden changes brought about by the epidemic,and constructs a mixed model containing mediating and moderating effects.The collected 328 survey data are analyzed using SPSS and MPLUS tools.Results show that COVID-19 related task setback has a significant positive impact on safety compliance behavior;role overload has a significant mediating effect between COVID-19 related task setback and safety compliance behavior;and social support significantly and negatively moderate the relationships between the above variables.
