摘要
采用4M1E评判法对公路工程进行策划,并将质量水平对工程综合效益的影响视为工程潜在利润,分析表明:站在综合效益角度对公路工程进行质量策划,获得综合利润最大化下的最佳质量水平与实施方案,解决潜在利润与质量损失成本不易量化的难题,从而达到工程利润最大化的目标转化为单项工程综合利润最大化的目标。
With 4M1E evaluation method of highway engineering planning,and the influence of the quality level of engineering comprehensive benefit as a potential profits,engineering analysis shows that stand in the Angle of comprehensive benefit of highway engineering quality planning,comprehensive profit maximization under the best quality level and the implementation plan,to solve the potential problem of profit and quality loss cost is not easy to quantify,so as to achieve the profit maximization goal of engineering into a single items of projects as a comprehensive profit maximization goals.
