摘要
文章围绕智能建筑工程施工,就基于BIM技术的优化设计、模拟方案、临建规划以及预制构件等问题的操作流程和应用关键进行了概述,归纳了智能建筑工程的特点,探讨了BIM技术在智能建筑工程施工质量策划中的作用及其应用重点。最后运用具体实例对其进行分析论证,体现出BIM技术广阔的发展前景。
This article focuses on the intelligent building engineering construction, summarizes the operation process and application key based on BIM technology optimization design, simulation scheme, temporary construction planning, and prefabricated components, summarizes the characteristics of intelligent building engineering, and discusses the role of BIM technology in the construction quality planning of intelligent building engineering and its key application fields. Finally, it is analyzed and demonstrated with specific examples, which reflects the broad development prospects of BIM technology.
