微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定食品用纸制品中铅、镉、砷、铬、锑、汞 被引量:1

Simultaneous determination of Pb,Cd,As,Cr,Sb,Hg in food paper products by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定食品用纸制品中铅、镉、砷、铬、锑、汞6种有害元素的检测方法,了解食品用纸制品中有害元素的污染状况。方法在陕西省10个地市分别采集食品包装用的纸袋、纸盒、纸筒、纸碗、纸杯、纸碟等样品共108份,称取经粉碎样品0.2 g于微波消解罐中,加入6 ml硝酸,2 ml过氧化氢,浸泡过夜,消解赶酸后用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行测定,内标法定量,同时测量有证标准物质进行质量控制。结果方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.5%~5.8%,加标回收率为94.7%~116.0%,检出限为0.005 mg/kg~0.050 mg/kg,线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均>0.999。采用本方法对108份实际样品进行测定,结果表明铅、镉、砷、铬、锑、汞的检出率分别为98.1%、85.1%、14.8%、100.0%、8.3%、63.0%。结论该方法样品处理简单,污染损失少,检出限低,准确度和精密度好,适用于食品用纸制品中铅、镉、砷、铬、锑、汞的测定。 Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of lead,cadmium,arsenic,chromium,antimony and mercury in food paper products by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and to understand the pollution status of heavy metals in food paper products.Methods A total of 108 samples of paper bag,paper box,paper cylinder,paper bowl,paper cup and paper dish for food packaging were collected in ten cities of Shaanxi Province.0.2 g of the crushed samples were weighed and put into microwave digestion tank.6 ml nitric acid and 2 ml hydrogen peroxide were added and soaked overnight.At the same time,the certified reference materials were measured for quality control.Results The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method was 2.5%-5.8%,the recoveries were 94.7%-116.0%,the detection limits were 0.005 mg/kg-0.050 mg/kg,the linear relationship was good,and the correlation coefficients(r)were greater than 0.999.The results showed that the detection rates of Pb,Cd,As,Cr,Sb and Hg were 98.1%,85.1%,14.8%,100.0%,8.3% and 63.0%,respectively.Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple sample processing,less pollution loss,low detection limit,good accuracy and precision,and is suitable for the determination of lead,cadmium,arsenic,chromium,antimony and mercury in food paper products.
