摘要
复配食品膨松剂中的铝元素污染是目前食品产品中铝元素超标的主要原因之一。本文建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定复配食品膨松剂中铝的含量。该方法前处理简便、灵敏度高、精密度好,检出限为0.0081 mg/kg,定量限为0.027 mg/kg,可以满足日常检测需求。
Aluminum contamination in complex food leavening agent is one of the main reasons for exceeding the standard of aluminum in food products.A method for determination of aluminum in compound food leavening agent by Inductively coupled plasma was established.The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high sensitivity and precision.The detection limit was 0.0081 mg/kg and the quantitative limit was 0.027 mg/kg,it can meet the needs of daily detection.
