摘要
外卖餐饮具有省时、便捷、选择丰富等优点,但也存在一定的食品安全隐患,因此外卖餐饮食品安全的有效监管问题已引起了人们的高度关注。本文通过分析外卖餐饮的特点,对照问题现状,围绕外卖餐饮食品安全的有效监管策略开展深入的研究和探讨,以期为更好地维护外卖餐饮食品安全提供参考。
Takeout catering has the advantages of time saving,convenience and abundant choices,but it also has certain hidden dangers in food safety.Therefore,the issue of effective supervision of food safety in takeout catering has attracted great attention of the whole society.By analyzing the characteristics of takeout catering,this paper conducts indepth research and discussion on the effective supervision strategy of takeout catering food safety according to the current situation,in order to provide a reference for better maintenance of takeout catering food safety.
