微信视频号用户持续使用意愿的影响因素探究 被引量:4

摘要 [目的/意义]旨在从用户视角入手探究微信视频号的持续使用意愿的影响因素。[方法/过程]基于信息系统成功模型、期望确认理论模型和创新扩散理论等为依据,构建研究模型。采用参考经典量表与过往文献的方式提出研究假设,验证所获得的402份有效数据。[结果/结论]感知趣味性和相对优势是用户满意度的解释因素,且通过满意度促进持续使用意愿;信息系统内容质量、服务质量对提高用户的感知有用性和期望确认程度较明显;用户的感知因素能够直接影响用户的持续使用意愿。 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to explore the influencing factors of the continuous use intention of WeChat video account from the users’ perspective. [Method/process] The paper constructs a research model based on the IS success model,expectation confirmation theory model and innovation diffusion theory,proposes a research hypothesis by referring to classical scales and previous documents and verifies 402 valid data. [Result/conclusion] Perceived interests and comparative advantages are the explanatory factors of users’ satisfaction,and promote the willingness to continue using through satisfaction;the content quality and service quality of information system can obviously improve users’ perceived usefulness and expectation confirmation degree;user’s perception factors can directly affect user’s willingness to continue using.
