摘要
为研究青海高原高寒草甸不同海拔梯度下黄绿卷毛菇适生草地植物群落多样性及其与海拔的关系,采用样方调查法对青海高原4个海拔梯度(8个样地)共24个样方的黄绿卷毛菇适生草地植物进行调查,运用统计学等方法分析高寒草甸黄绿卷毛菇适生草地植物多样性和群落结构。结果表明:青海高原高寒草甸黄绿卷毛菇适生草地植物有32种,隶属于13科27属,ZK-3690样地植物群落多样性、丰富度和均匀度最高,其Shannon-Wiener指数、物种丰富度和Pielou指数分别为1.95±0.58、11.33±1.15和0.34±0.09,QSH-4410样地植物种类多且分布均匀,其Simpson指数最高为0.78±0.05;相似性系数表明,在8个黄绿卷毛菇适生草地植物群落中,ZQ-4240与QSH-4410样地植物群落最相似,其相似性系数为0.364;主成分分析和热图发现,海拔对黄绿卷毛菇适生草地植物群落分布影响较为明显,低海拔样地(3200~3350 m)以茜草科、禾本科和龙胆科等为主,中海拔和中高海拔样地(3690~3900 m)以石竹科、伞形科、蓼科及报春花科分布较多,蔷薇科分布在高海拔样地(4240 m以上)。此外,UpSet韦恩图结果表明,在本文调查范围内,矮嵩草是黄绿卷毛菇适生草地中100%分布的植物。本研究为黄绿卷毛菇与其适生草地植物的相关性研究提供理论依据。
In order to study the plant community diversity and its relationship with altitude in the suitable grassland ofFloccularia luteovirensin alpine meadow of Qinghai plateau,its suitable grassland plants in 24 quadrats of 4 altitude gradients(8 sample plots)in the area are investigated by quadrat survey method.The plant diversity and community structure of suitable grassland ofFloccularia luteovirensin alpine meadow are analyzed by statistical methods.The results show that there are32 kinds of grassland plants suitable forFloccularia luteovirensin alpine meadow of Qinghai plateau which belong to 13 families and 27 genera.Sample plot ZK-3690 has the highest diversity,richness and evenness of plant community.Its Shannon-Wiener index,species richness and Pielou index are1.95±0.58,11.33±1.15 and 0.34±0.09 respectively.Sample plot QSH-4410 has many plant species which are distributed evenly,and its Simpson index is the highest with a value of 0.78±0.05;the similarity coefficient shows that among the eight plant communities of suitable grassland of Floccularia luteovirens,the plant community of ZQ-4240 and QSH-4410 is the most similar with the similarity coefficient of 0.364;according to principal component analysis and heat map,altitude has an obvious impact on the distribution of plant community in the suitable grassland ofFloccularia luteovirens.Rubia,Gramineae and Gentianaceae are mainly distributed in the sample plots of low altitude(3200~3350 m),while Caryophyllaceae,Apiaceae,Polygonaceae and Primulaceae are mainly distributed in medium altitude and medium high altitude(3690~3900 m).Rosaceae is distributed in high altitude(over 4240 m).The results of UpSet Wayne diagram show thatKobresia humilisis100%distributed in the suitable grassland ofFloccularia luteovirens,which can provide a theoretical basis for the correlation betweenFloccularia luteovirensand its grassland plants.
