摘要
为揭示紫果云杉天然林群落草本植物对海拔梯度的响应,以甘肃洮河国家级自然保护区的紫果云杉天然林为对象,调查分析林下草本植物的物种组成及物种多样性。结果表明,1)洮河国家级自然保护区紫果云杉天然林群落下共有草本植物57种,隶属于26科48属,以菊科(Asteraceae)、毛茛科(Ranunculaceae)、玄参科(Scrophulariaceae)、禾本科(Poaceae)植物为主,且重要值均较大;2)林下草本植物的丰富度指数(R)、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H)、Simpson优势度指数(D)以及Pielou均匀度指数(J)均随海拔升高呈现先升高后降低的单峰曲线变化规律,并在海拔2915 m处达到最大;3)不同海拔林下草本植物群落相似系数较低,且随海拔差异的增大,相似性系数逐渐减小,相邻海拔之间随着海拔的升高表现出不规律的变化;4)海拔与林下草本物种丰富度呈显著负相关关系(P<0.05),与Shannon-Wiener多样性、Simpson优势度、Pielou均匀度均呈负相关关系。综合研究得出,洮河自然保护区天然紫果云杉林下,草本物种多样性受海拔影响显著。
In order to reveal the response of understory herbaceous plants to altitude gradient in natural Picea purpurea community occurring in Taohe National Nature Reserve of Gansu Province,the species composition and diversity of understory herbaceous layer were analyzed.The results showed that 1)there were 57 species of herbaceous plants in the natural community of P.purpurea,belonging to 48 genera,26 families,and the main plants were Asteraceae,Ranunculaceae,Scrophulariaceae and Poaceae,with high importance values.2)The species richness index,Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Simpson dominance index and Pielou evenness index of herb layer plants reached the maximum values at the altitude of 2915 m.All indexes presented single peak curves that increased at first and then dropped down with the increase of altitude.3)The similarity coefficient of understory herb layer community at different altitudes was lower.At the same time,the similarity coefficient decreased with the increase of altitude interval.4)There was a significant negative correlation between altitude and herb species richness index(R)(P<0.05),and a negative correlation between altitude and Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H),Simpson dominance index(D),Pielou evenness index(J).These results indicated that diversity of herbaceous species was significantly affected by altitude in the natural forest of P.purpurea in Taohe Nature Reserve.
