摘要
目的探究老年糖尿病肾病(DN)应用肾炎康、依那普利联合治疗的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月江门市人民医院血液肾内科收治的110例老年DN患者进行研究,按抛硬币法分为对照组55例,予依那普利治疗;试验组55例,在对照组基础上加用肾炎康治疗。观察治疗前(就诊时)、治疗后(治疗1个月后)血糖控制情况、肾功能指标、炎症因子水平变化。结果治疗后,试验组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)均低于治疗前,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,试验组血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)均低于治疗前,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,试验组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均低于治疗前,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论肾炎康、依那普利联合治疗能够有效控制患者的血糖,减轻炎症反应,改善肾功能,应用于老年DN中疗效确切。
Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment of Shenyankang and enalapril in the elderly diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with DN who were admitted to the Department of Hematology and Nephrology in Jiangmen People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected for research.According to the coin flipping method,they were divided into 55 cases in the control group,who were treated with enalapril;55 cases in the experimental group were treated with Shenyankang on this basis.The changes in blood glucose control,renal function indicators,and inflammatory factor levels were observed before treatment(upon visiting a doctor)and after treatment(one month after treatment).Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)in the experimental group were lower than those before treatment,and were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the serum creatinine(Cr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)in the experimental group were lower than those before treatment,and were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the experimental group were lower than those before treatment,and were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The combined treatment of Shenyankang and enalapril can effectively control the patient’s blood sugar,reduce inflammatory reactions,and improve renal function,which has a definite curative effect when applied to elderly DN.
