摘要
为促进我国基层竞技体育后备人才的健康、全面、可持续发展,本研究运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法对我国基层竞技体育后备人才培养的基层体校模式、体教结合模式、俱乐部模式和个人—家庭模式的特点、发展现状进行了探讨。从而得出各模式对竞技体育后备人才培养具有不同的特点,并且在当前实践中面临着重重困境。基于此,笔者提出从体育运动学校创新型改革,体教融合落实落地,社会、家庭支持环境建设方面努力突破模式发展困境,并根据“树式生长”过程,提出我国基层竞技体育后备人才培养应厚植其根——普及、加强并重视体育教育;强壮其枝——形成多元融合、互惠、共生机制;繁茂其叶——扩大参与人数;用心浇灌——搭建完整的教学、训练、竞赛体系。
In order to promote the healthy,comprehensive and sustainable development of my country's grassroots competitive sports reserve talents,this study uses the method of literature data,interviews,and logical analysis to explore the characteristics and development status of the grassroots sports school model,the combination of sports and education,the club model and the individual-family model for the cultivation of reserve talents for grassroots competitive sports in my country.It can be concluded that each model has different characteristics for the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive sports,and faces many difficulties in current practice.Based on this,the author proposes to break through the model development dilemma in terms of innovative reforms in sports schools,integration of sports and education,and social and family support for environmental construction.And according to the"tree-like growth"process,it is proposed that the cultivation of reserve talents for my country's grass-roots competitive sports should be deeply rooted--popularize,strengthen and attach importance to physical education;Strong branch—form a mechanism of diversification,reciprocity and symbiosis;Flourish its leaves—expand the number of participants;Watering—build a complete teaching,training,and competition system.
