摘要
空军军医大学西京医院针对临床教学中存在的“照本宣科、天马行空和千篇一律”等问题,坚持突破模式束缚,破而后立,在遵循临床医学教学内在规律的基础上重构教学设计,提出了以“破立有道”为基本理念,以“循规‘导’矩”为实践策略的课堂设计新思路,总结出针对教学对象、内容取舍、整体设计、方法选择和效果评估等五方面的“ABCDE”模式,并应用于临床医学教学实践,在促进教学实施效果和教师队伍水平方面取得了良好成效。
Xijing Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University insists on breaking through the shackles of the model,breaking through the shackles of the model,reconstructing the teaching design on the basis of following the internal laws of clinical medicine teaching,and puts forward a new idea of classroom design based on the basic concept of‘breaking the rules and having the way’and the practice strategy of‘following the rules and guiding the moment’The‘ABCDE’model,which aims at teaching object,content selection,overall design,method selection and effect evaluation,has been applied to clinical medicine teaching practice and achieved good results in promoting teaching implementation effect and teachers’level.
