摘要 以上海两港大道快速化工程为背景案例,针对高架桥上部结构在建造过程中面临的安全隐患,设计出一种适用于预制拼装的高架桥梁上部结构的挂篮吊架平台。该吊架平台具有制作方便、安全稳固、安拆便捷、易流转、可循环、经济环保、减少社会道路的占用和杜绝高空坠物等优点,保证了高空作业的安全、便捷和工效。该挂篮吊架平台的应用取得了良好的实施效果,可为其他类似工程提供技术参考和借鉴。 Based on the rapid development project of Lianggang Avenue in Shanghai,aiming at the potential safety hazards faced by the superstructure of viaduct in the construction process,a hanging basket and hanger platform suitable for prefabricated and assembled viaduct superstructure is designed.The hanger platform has the advantages of convenient manufacture,safety and stability,convenient installation and disassembly,easy circulation,recyclability,economy and environmental protection,reducing the occupation of social roads and eliminating falling objects,which ensures the safety,convenience and work efficiency of high-altitude operation.The application of the hanging basket hanger platform achieves good implementation results,which can provide technical reference for other similar projects.
