摘要
为了研究东南太平洋公海茎柔鱼Dosidicus gigas摄食习性和营养生态,根据中国鱿钓船2019年6—12月在东南太平洋秘鲁和厄瓜多尔公海生产时所捕捞的茎柔鱼样本,利用稳定同位素技术对其进行摄食习性和营养生态位分析。结果表明:厄瓜多尔公海茎柔鱼肌肉δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N显著高于秘鲁公海茎柔鱼(P<0.05),厄瓜多尔公海茎柔鱼肌肉δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N范围分别为-19.81‰~-17.38‰、9.36‰~14.43‰,秘鲁公海茎柔鱼肌肉δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N范围分别为-20.77‰~-17.99‰、7.65‰~13.60‰;利用广义可加模型(GAM)分析茎柔鱼胴长对肌肉δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N的影响,结果显示,厄瓜多尔公海茎柔鱼胴长对肌肉δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N无显著性影响(P>0.05),而秘鲁公海茎柔鱼胴长对肌肉δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N有显著性影响(P<0.05),在厄瓜多尔公海,茎柔鱼雌、雄个体δ^(13)C随胴长增大均无显著性变化(P>0.05),雄性个体δ^(15)N随胴长增大无显著性变化(P>0.05),雌性个体δ^(15)N随胴长增大有显著性变化(P<0.05),在秘鲁公海,茎柔鱼雌、雄个体δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N随胴长增大均无显著性变化(P>0.05);在厄瓜多尔公海,茎柔鱼δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N分别在性腺等级Ⅰ~Ⅲ期无显著性差异(P>0.05),δ^(15)N在性腺等级Ⅰ~Ⅲ期存在显著性差异(P<0.05),在秘鲁公海,茎柔鱼δ^(13)C在性腺等级Ⅲ期、δ^(15)N在性腺等级Ⅱ期最大(P<0.05);营养生态位分析显示,厄瓜多尔公海茎柔鱼具有较低的生态位(SEAc=1.462‰),其δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N受同位素基线和摄食作用的共同影响且不同胴长组间差异较小,秘鲁公海茎柔鱼具有较高的生态位(SEAc=2.182‰),其δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N主要受摄食作用影响且不同胴长组间差异较大,此外,两海域茎柔鱼雌性个体都较雄性个体拥有更高的生态位。研究表明,在厄尔尼诺气候条件下,茎柔鱼在秘鲁外海具有较低的营养生态位,并且拥有狭窄的摄食食物来源。
Feeding habits and trophic niche were investigated in samples of jumbo squid Dosidicus gigas collected by Chinese squid fishing vessels during production in the high seas of Peru and Ecuador in the southeast Pacific Ocean from June to December 2019 by a stable isotope method.Results showed that there was significantly higher δ^(13)C and δ^(15)N in muscle of jumbo squid in the high seas of Ecuador than those in the high seas of Peru(P<0.05),with the range of δ^(13) C from-19.81‰to-17.38‰in muscle of the jumbo squid,the range ofδ^(15)N from 9.36‰to 14.43‰in the high seas of Ecuador;and the δ^(13)C range of jumbo squid from-20.77‰to-17.99‰,and the value of δ^(15)N range from 7.65‰to 13.60‰in the high seas of Peru.The analysis of generalized additive models(GAM)revealed that δ^(13)C and δ^(15)N in muscles of jumbo squid in the high seas of Ecuador were not significantly correlated with mantle length(P>0.05),while the muscles δ^(13)C and δ^(15)N of jumbo squid were significantly related to mantle length in the high seas of Peru(P<0.05).In the high seas of Ecuador,there was no significant difference in theδ^(13)C of female and male individuals with mantle length growth(P>0.05),without significant differences inδ^(15)N of male individuals with mantle length growth(P>0.05),and with significant differences in theδ^(15)N in female individuals with mantle length growth(P<0.05).In the high seas of Peru,there was no significant difference inδ^(13)C andδ^(15)N between male and female individuals with mantle length growth(P>0.05).In the high seas of Ecuador,there was no significant difference inδ^(13)C in maturity stageⅠtoⅢ(P<0.05),with significant difference inδ^(15)N in maturity stageⅠtoⅢ(P<0.05).The maximalδ^(13)C was observed in jumbo squid at the maturity stageⅢ(P<0.05),and the maximalδ^(15)N in jumbo squid was found at the maturity stageⅡ(P<0.05)in the high seas of Peru.Trophic niche analysis indicated that jumbo squida was in low trophic niche(SEAc=1.462‰)in the high seas
