摘要
高值医用耗材通常是指价格相对较高、仅限某些专科使用的必须严格控制使用安全性的消耗性医疗器械。其是相对于低值医用耗材而言的,属于医用专科治疗用材料,如心脏介入、外周血管介入、人工关节、吻合器类/切割器械,以及各类钻头、超声刀、高值类电刀等。关于高值医用耗材的复用,一直是一个敏感的话题,不合理的复用可导致院内感染风险增加,而安全、合理的复用可节约医疗资源,降低医疗成本。该研究基于国内外高值医用耗材复用的现状,主要分析国内高值医用耗材复用存在的问题及其影响因素,并提出了相应的解决建议。
High-value medical consumables usually refer to consumable medical devices with relatively high price,being limited to some specialties and strictly controlled for using.High-value medical consumables are defined relative to low-value medical consumables and belong to medical specialized treatment materials,such as cardiac intervention,peripheral vascular intervention,artificial joint,stapler/cutting instruments,as well as all kinds of drill bits,ultrasonic scalpels,high-value electric scalpels,etc.The reuse of high-value medical consumables has always been a sensitive topic.Unreasonable reuse can increase the risk of nosocomial infection,while safe and reasonable reuse can save medical resources and reduce medical costs.Based on the reuse current situation of high-value medical consumables at home and abroad,this paper mainly analyzed the problems and influencing factors of domestic highvalue medical consumables reuse,and put forward the corresponding solutions.
