不同使用时间多参数监护仪的质量控制和数据分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过质量控制,对不同使用时间多参数监护仪的状况和常见问题进行量化分析,为后续多参数监护仪管理提供可靠的数据支撑。方法根据最新国家对多参数监护仪安全管理的要求,该研究通过使用FLUKE ProSim 4生命体征模拟器和ProSim SPOT Light SpO_(2)功能测试仪对三二〇一医院409台多参数监护仪进行质量控制,并据此对不同使用时间的多参数监护仪进行量化分析。结果使用时间为1~2年的多参数监护仪的合格率达到了96.78%,使用时间在1~6年内的多参数监护仪的合格率均可保持在90.00%及以上;经对单个功能进行分析,使用时间为7年左右的多参数监护仪的合格率可保持在90.00%及以上,其中,无创血压是对多参数监护仪合格率影响最大的参数。结论根据数据分析可知,应增加对使用时间超过7年的多参数监护仪的维护保养频率;通过量化不同参数的合格率,进一步为多参数监护仪的管理提供了方向。 Objective The status and common problems of multi-parameter monitors used for different years were quantitative analyzed through quality control to provide reliable data support for subsequent multi-parameter monitor management.Methods According to the latest national safety management requirements for multi-parameter monitors,the FLUKE ProSim 4 vital signs simulator and ProSim SPOT Light SpO_(2) function tester were used to detect 409 multi-parameter monitors in the No.3201 Hospital to carry out quality control.Then on this basis,the quantitative analysis were implemented for multi-parameter monitors used for different years.Results The qualification ratio of the multi-parameter monitors that have been used for 1~2 years reached 96.78%.The qualification ratio of the multi-parameter monitors that have been used for 1~6 years can maintain 90.00% and above;After analyzing a single function,the qualification ratio of the multi-parameter monitors that have been used for about 7 years can maintain 90.00% and above,and the non-invasive blood pressure was demonstrated to the parameter that has the greatest impact on the qualification ratio of multi-parameter monitors.Conclusions According to the data analysis results,the frequency of maintenance should be increased for monitors that have been used for more than 7 years.Quantifying the qualification ratio of different parameters also provides a direction for the management of multi-parameter monitors.
