摘要
牡蛎是中国水产养殖的重要品种,在渔业经济中占有重要地位。本文分析了中国与世界牡蛎主产国的生产、贸易和消费情况。研究表明,虽然中国是世界最大的养殖国,但牡蛎单位养殖效益低于世界平均水平,且呈逐渐下降的趋势。中国牡蛎国际市场参与度较低,产品国际竞争力较弱。中国牡蛎产业的升级方向应当从粗放低效向集约高效过度,在此基础上,提出几个重点方向。
Oyster is an important species of China’s aquaculture products,occupying a significant position in the national economy.This paper analyzes the production,trade and consumption of oysters between China and major oyster producing countries in the world.It shows that although China is the largest oyster aquaculture producer in the world,the oyster culture benefit per unit is lower than the world average level,which is declining gradually.The participation of China’s oysters in the international market is low with weak international competitiveness.The upgrade of China’s oyster industry should shift from extensive and inefficient to intensive and efficient.On this basis,several key directions are proposed in this paper.
