摘要
随着生活节奏的加快,人们很容易产生焦虑等不良情绪,因此出现了具有安神功能的家电产品,但是目前对于安神功能的测试并没有合适的方法。为了填补这一空缺,以香薰空调为例,研究出了一种适合于家电产品的安神功能测试方法。试验中,采用特里尔社会应激测试(Trier Social Stress Test,TSST)激发受试者的焦虑情绪,受试者分两次分别在开启香薰空调和不开香薰空调环境下静坐,待恢复平静后,对比有无香薰安神功能条件下,受试者情绪稳定所用的时间,试验过程中使用皮电值作为测量指标。试验结果表明,开启香薰空调的情况下,受试者情绪稳定时间较短,与不开香薰空调的情况相比,有显著差异,因此证实香薰空调的安神功能有效,也证明此测试方法可行。
As the pace of life accelerates, people are prone to anxiety and other bad emotions. Therefore, household appliances with soothing function have appeared. But there is no suitable method for testing the soothing function. In order to fill this vacancy, taking aromatherapy air conditioners as an example, a soothing function test method suitable for household appliances is developed. In the experiment, the Trier Social Stress Test(TSST) was used to stimulate the subjects’ anxiety. The subjects sat in two separate environments with and without the aromatherapy air conditioner, and waited to restore calm. After that, the time spent by the subjects in stable mood under the condition of with or without aromatherapy and soothing function was compared, and the electrical skin value was used as the measurement index during the test.The test results show that when the aromatherapy air conditioner is turned on, the emotional stabilization time of the subjects is shorter, and there is a significant difference compared with the situation when the aromatherapy air conditioner is not turned on. Therefore, it is proved that the soothing function of the air conditioner is effective and the test method is also proved to be effective and feasible.
