摘要
髋臼骨折的治疗一直以来都是骨科医师面临的难题,而髋臼双柱骨折是髋臼骨折中最复杂的一种类型,其骨折累及髋臼双柱,骨折线复杂多变,联合手术入路复杂创伤大,髋臼关节面与中轴骨失去连接导致"漂浮髋臼",复位失去参照,难度大,并且手术需要坚强固定的骨块多且显露困难,治疗周期长,并发症发生率高,严重影响着患者的生活质量,也令众多骨科医师在治疗中感到困难和棘手。
Acetabular double-column fracture is one of the most complex and prevalent acetabular fractures.It is characterized by simultaneous fracture of the anterior and posterior columns,loss of connection between the acetabular articular surface and axial bone and difficulty in reposition and fixation of the fracture.Large surgical trauma,long treatment cycle and high incidence of complication are also typical.At present,the clinical treatment of acetabular double-column fracture lacks a unified understanding,along with its controversial advantages and disadvantages of various internal fixations.This article reviews the literature about its anatomical characteristics,clinical classification,biomechanical features,treatment methods and research progress of different internal fixation approaches to provide references for effective diagnosis and treatment.
