摘要
为提升灌浆套筒连接装配式结构有限元计算工艺的标准化程度,提出“弹簧-梁-块单元”模型等效套筒灌浆连接的传力作用。首先分析灌注砂浆内力状态,然后抽象出“弹簧-梁-块单元”模型模拟砂浆与套筒及钢筋连接,最后对一种钢制钢筋套筒灌浆连接试件进行建模计算,并与以往试验结果对比。结果表明,遵循一定的建模标准“弹簧-梁-块单元”模型能够高质量等效套筒灌浆连接传力。
In order to improve the finite element calculation technology standardization of fabricated structures that are connected by grouting sleeve,a spring-beam-block element model is proposed to study the force transfer effect of sleeve grouting connection.Firstly,the internal force state of mortar is studied and analyzed.Then,the spring-beam-block element model is abstracted to simulate the connection between sleeve and reinforcement.Finally,the model is applied to calculate a steel reinforcement sleeve grouting connection specimen,and compared with the test results of previous scholars.The results show that following certain modeling standards,the spring-beam-block element model can equivalent the force transfer of sleeve grouting connection.
