摘要
针对方钢管柱内套筒装配式节点存在的问题,提出一种新型方钢管柱内套筒装配连接形式,将柱拼接位置上移至梁柱节点核心区上方,为梁柱节点高强螺栓安装提供了空间,同时保证了节点域的连续性。改变内套筒厚度、内套筒长度、对拉螺栓间距及端板厚度等构造参数建立一系列有限元模型,采用ANSYS非线性计算对该新型连接的滞回性能、耗能能力等进行分析。结果表明:该新型连接具有较好的延性和耗能能力,各构造参数变化对其受力性能产生不同的影响。增大内套筒厚度可以提高节点极限承载力和耗能能力,当内套筒厚度大于柱壁厚度2 mm时,节点力学性能提升较明显;适当增加对拉螺栓间距可以改善节点受力;增大内套筒长度,节点刚度、延性和耗能能力均会下降,因此在满足构造要求的前提下,内套筒长度宜取较小值;适当增加端板厚度,可以改善节点受力性能、延性和耗能性能,但端板过厚则不够经济。研究结论可为该新型方钢管柱内套筒装配连接设计和应用提供基础研究数据。
Aiming at the problems existing in the assembled joints of square steel tubular columns with internal sleeves,a new type of internal sleeve assembly connection of square steel tubular columns was proposed.The column splicing of new connection was moved up above beam-column node core area,which can provide space for high-strength bolt installation and keep the continuity of joint panel zone.A series of finite element models were established by changing the thickness of the inner sleeve,the length of the inner sleeve,the pitch of the split bolts,and the thickness of the end plate to analyze the hysteretic behavior and energy dissipation using nonlinear finite element method of ANSYS.The results show that the new connection has good ductility and energy dissipation,and different parameter has different effects on its mechanical properties.With the increase of the inner sleeve thickness,the ultimate bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of connection will be improved.When the inner sleeve is 2 mm thicker than the column wall,the mechanical properties of connection are improved obviously.The pitch of the split bolts is appropriately increased,the mechanical performance of connection can be improved.With the increase of the inner sleeve length,the initial stiffness,ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the connection are reduced.On the premise of meeting the structural requirements,the length of the inner sleeve should be selected.With the proper increase of the end plate thickness,the mechanical behavior and ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the connection will be improved obviously,but it is not economical when the end plate is too thick.Therefore,the research conclusions provide basic research data for design and application of the new type square steel tube with inner sleeve fabricated connection.
