摘要
采用碳基肥生产有机质基肥,可改善土壤,改良土壤供肥、保肥能力。介绍了复合肥装置以混酸、腐殖酸、硫酸钾和硫酸铵等为原料,采用团粒法+氨酸法生产有机肥料的工艺流程,并对工艺指标进行优化。该有机肥料能改善土壤,提高作物产量,具有较好的市场前景。
The use of carbon-based fertilizers to produce organic matter-based fertilizers can improve the soil and improve the ability of soil to supply and retain fertilizers.The process flow of compound fertilizer plant are presented using mixed acid,humic acid,potassium sulfate and ammonium sulfate as raw materials,using the granulation method+ammonia acid method to produce organic fertilizer,and the process indicators are optimized.The organic fertilizer can improve soil and increase crop yield,and has a good market prospect.
