摘要
本文梳理出《医师法(草案)》存在的重点问题,提出《医师法(草案)》的修改建议。通过查阅文献、研讨会等方法对《医师法(草案)》存在问题进行研究,提出修改建议。通过完善《医师法(草案)》条款,健全医师法律制度,提高医师执业管理水平。
To sort out the key problems existing in the draft of the Physician Law,and to put forward suggestions for the amendment of the draft.Through literature review,seminars and other methods,we studied the problems existing in the draft of the Physician Law and put forward some suggestions for revision.Revise the Physician Law(Draft),improve the legal system of doctors,and improve the level of doctor governance.
