基于节点-场所模型的高铁站区域可持续发展评价——以京沪高铁沿线车站为例 被引量:11

Evaluating Sustainable Development of High-Speed Railway Station Areas via Node-Place Model: A Case Study of Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway Stations

摘要 基于节点-场所模型构建高铁站周边区域发展潜力评价模型,主要对两个维度进行评价。节点价值维度反映车站区域的可达性;场所价值维度反映高铁站周边区域的开发进度与发展情况。同时加入表征高铁车站与其周边区域联系程度的指标,并对京沪高铁沿线高铁站周边区域进行实证分析。结果表明:城市内部交通联系便捷度、企业集聚程度与所在城市经济基础对高铁站周边区域可持续性发展影响较大。京沪高铁沿线车站中天津西站、南京南站等8个高铁站周边区域处于可持续发展状态,土地利用、产业集聚与实际交通功能匹配程度较高。而大部分高铁站周边区域偏离可持续发展状态,后续规划中应采取有效的方式促进实现高铁站周边区域可持续发展。 Based on the node-place model, this paper constructs a regional development potential evaluation model of high-speed railway(HSR) station, and mainly focuses on two dimensions. The node dimension reflects the accessibility of the station area, while place dimension reflects the development and current situation of the area around the HSR station. Through adding the index of the connection degree between the HSR station and its surrounding areas, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the HSR station area along the Beijing-Shanghai HSR line. The results show that the convenience of inter-urban transportation links, the degree of enterprise concentration and urban economic development has a great influence on the sustainability of HSR station areas. Eight stations along the Beijing-shanghai HSR line, including Tianjin West Station and Nanjing South Railway Station, are in a state of sustainable development with a high coordination of land use, industrial agglomeration and transportation functionalities. Most of the HSR stations deviate from the sustainable development status, so the follow-up planning should take an effective way to promote the sustainability of station development.
