摘要
在城市规划领域,TOD模式是近些年国内外普遍应用的重要规划设计方式之一,对公共站点周边的城市设计及规划起到了不可忽视的指导作用。然而,由于我国高铁建设发展起步较晚,基于该模式的引导体系尚未形成,且我国高铁站区城市设计还存在换乘便捷度低、功能发展滞后等问题。在此背景下,文章剖析了TOD模式的特征及适用性,提出了将TOD模式植入高铁站区规划的相关建议,并以杭温高铁富阳西站枢纽地区城市设计为例,分析TOD模式在高铁站区城市设计中的应用,为TOD模式在我国的运用提供借鉴。
TOD is a popular concept in urban planning in recent years,and it has been adopted in many public station area urban design and planning.However,TOD model in high speed rail development has not been mature,and this has led to low efficiency in transfer,and functional weakness.The paper analyzes the characters and adaptability of TOD model,and introduces the TOD guidance in Fuyang west station area urban design.
