摘要
为探索工业机器人造型设计方法,加强产品造型与结构间的联系,提升造型设计的科学性,建立特征设计与结构优化的对应关系,确定不同设计阶段应用的设计方法,以码垛机器人概念造型设计为例,以结构特征与载荷特征为约束,应用拓扑优化设计方法,设计参考样本,提取样本造型的空间关键点,结合针对材料应力分布特征的有限元分析结果,推导造型轮廓变化趋势,设计出可行性方案。结构优化设计方法可应用于产品造型设计,以产品的结构特征与载荷特征确定客观、具体的约束条件,设计样本与设计结果间的逻辑关系清晰、客观,设计结果包含了造型的形式要素与结构要求,为同类产品的造型设计提供参考。
To explore modeling design method of industrial robots, strengthen the relationship between product modeling and structure, enhance scientificity of modeling design, the corresponding relationship between feature design and structural optimization were established to determine design methods applied in different design stages. The conceptual modeling design of a palletizing robot was taken as an example to design reference samples using topology optimization design method with the constraints of structural feattures destructural and load characteristics. The spatial key points of sample modeling were extracted, combined with stress distribution results of finite element analysis. The changing trend of shape contour was deduced, and a feasible scheme was designed. The structural optimization design method could be applied to product modeling design. The objective and specific constraint conditions were determined with product tructural characteristics and load characteristics. The logical relationship between designed samples and designed results was clear and objective. The design results included the form elements and structural requirements. It could provide references for similar product design.
