摘要
随着雷达阵面设备功率密度和组装密度的提高,绕线层内射频同轴电缆的散热问题日益严峻。文中提出一种采用雷达阵面大板和液冷组件直接作为热沉的冷却方式,用于解决雷达绕线层电缆的散热。文中给出了该热设计的具体过程,说明了阵面电缆热设计的实现方法及实测结果,并与自然散热方式进行了对比。实测数据证明了该方法的准确性,可作为有源相控阵雷达等密集空间内射频同轴电缆热设计的一种可信、有效的手段。
With the increase of power density and assembly density of arrays in radar,the heat dissipation problem for radio frequency(RF)coaxial cables in the winding layers is getting worse.A new cooling method for the cables in radar winding layers is proposed,by which the large plate and liquid-cooling components of radar arrays are used directly as the heat sink.The process of this thermal design is given,the implementation method and testing result of the thermal design for array cables are described,and compared with natural heat dissipation way.The testing data,supports the accuracy of the method which would be a credible and effective thermal management solution for the RF coaxial cables in the accuracy of dense space as the active phased array radar.
