摘要
在经济社会发展中,石油资源非常重要,从我国石油资源的分布来看,总体的分布分散,石油资源的开发难度非常大。在现代石油钻井项目中,旋冲钻井技术得到广泛应用,逐渐取代了传统的脉冲射流、冲击钻井等技术手段,对深井硬地层破岩效率、钻井综合效益的提升起到积极影响。因此,为充分发挥技术优势,建立起以旋冲钻井技术为核心的石油钻井工艺体系,本文对旋冲钻井技术的原理、特点、作用、种类以及工艺流程进行阐述,提出技术应用策略,以供参考。
In the economic and social development,oil resources are very important,from the distribution of China’s oil resources,the overall distribution is scattered,the development of oil resources is very difficult.In modern oil drilling projects,rotary percussion drilling technology has been widely used,gradually replacing the traditional pulse jet,impact drilling and other technical means,and has a positive impact on the efficiency of rock breaking in deep hard formations and the improvement of comprehensive drilling benefits.Therefore,in order to give full play to technological advantages and establish a drilling technology system with rotary percussion drilling technology as the core,this paper describes the principle,characteristics,functions,types and technological processes of rotary percussion drilling technology,and puts forward technical application strategies for reference.
