红河油田水平井钻井提速难点与技术对策 被引量:38

摘要 为解决红河油田水平井机械钻速低、钻井周期长的技术难题,开展了"四个一趟钻"钻井提速技术研究。为确保一开直井段、二开直井段、二开斜井段和三开水平段都能一趟钻完成,达到钻井提速的目的,制定了一系列技术措施:针对红河油田地层研磨性强、稳定性差的特点,根据该油田的地层可钻性级值,选出了适合不同井段的PDC钻头,采用能保证井壁稳定且对储层伤害程度低的钾铵基钻井液;根据该油田的实钻经验及现有技术水平,对井身结构、井身剖面进行了优化;针对二开直井段和定向井段机械钻速的情况,二开采用"PDC钻头+螺杆+MWD"的复合钻井技术。9口井的现场应用表明,一开直井段、二开直井段、二开斜井段和三开水平段都能一趟钻完成,起下钻次数明显减少,机械钻速提高59.74%,平均钻井周期缩短42.31%。这表明,"四个一趟钻"钻井提速技术能实现红河油田钻井提速的目标。 In order to break the technical bottleneck of low rate of penetration or long drilling time in horizontal wells of Honghe Oilfield ,the four“One-Trip Drilling” techniques have been studied .A series of technical measures were developed to raise rate of penetration in upper vertical section and lower inclined section as well as horizontal section with one-trip method ,including the selection of PDC bits to suit the formation drillability in view of the high formation abrasion and poor wellbore stability in Honghe Oilfield ;adoption of potassium drilling fluids to keep wellbore stability and reduce formation damage ;optimization of casing program and well profile according to drilling experience and current level of technology ;“PDC+PDM+MWD” drilling mode was used in second vertical section and directional section in view of the low rate of penetration .The actual applications in 9 wells indicated that by taking above technical measures ,up-per vertical sections and lower inclined section as well as horizontal section could be drilled in one-trip oper-ation ,tripping times were reduced ,and the average rate of penetration raised by 59.74% ,average drilling time reduced by 42.31% than before .It showed that four “One-Trip Drilling” techniques could achieve goals of increasing the penetration rate in Honghe Oilfield .
