摘要
化工企业要统筹发展和安全,离不开科学、完善的应急管理体系。快速推动应急管理工作进程势在必行。文章遵循现代应急管理理论,从应急管理功能体制方面,梳理化工行业部分应急管理问题,并结合工作实际,优化建议措施。
The main topic of this paper is the studies on emergency management driving the safety development of chemical enterprises.A scientific and perfect emergency management system is indispensable for the coordination of development and safety.It is imperative to accelerate the process of emergency management.This paper follows the theory of modern emergency management,to sort out some emergency management issues in the chemical industry from the aspect of function system,and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for optimization combined with the actual work.
