摘要
目的探索基于智能设备的听觉言语康复方法的特点和适用性。方法选择康复机构在训听障儿童32名,运用数字化康复设备进行一对一个别化康复教学及家庭训练。实验前后分别对被试进行听觉言语能力评估,并由康复教师和家长对设备的使用感受与康复效果进行主观评定。结果与实验前对比,听障儿童的听觉言语能力在多个维度上显著高于实验前(P<0.05)。基于数字化康复手段不仅减轻了康复教师的教学压力,提高了备课效率,还为听障儿童提供了家庭康复新模式。结论数字化康复手段的创新康复模式可满足康复教师、家长和听障儿童的不同需求,在保证康复效果的同时,提升患儿的依从性及康复教师与家长的主观感受。
Objective To explore the applicability and characteristics of hearing and speech rehabilitation method based on smart devices.Method Thirty-two children with hearing impairment in training at the China Rehabilitation Research Center for Hearing and Speech Impairment were selected for one-on-one individualized training and home training with the digital rehabilitation device.The hearing and speech ability of children were assessed once before and after the experiment,while the rehabilitation therapists and parents made a subjective assessment on the use and training effects of Ninan Hearing and Speaking.Results With the use of digital rehabilitation devices such as Ninan Hearing and Speaking,it not only reduced the training pressure of rehabilitation therapists and improved their lesson-preparation efficiency,but also provided a new home-based rehabilitation model for families of children with hearing impairment,which more effectively improved the hearing and speech abilities of the children.Conclusion The innovative rehabilitation model with remote service function and digital rehabilitation methods can meet different demands of rehabilitation therapists,parents and children with hearing impairment at the same time,and bring significant improvement to the rehabilitation effect,child’s compliance and subjective feelings of rehabilitation therapists and parents.
