摘要
缩成率设计是影响塑身裤穿着合体度和舒适性的关键因素,缩成率设计合理的塑身裤能够在保证人体穿着舒适的前提下美化人体曲线。文章通过表面肌电测试观察腹肌、股直肌、竖脊肌、臀大肌和腘绳肌在不同缩成率下的疲劳度变化,分别得出肌肉疲劳度升高和降低时对应的面料缩成率范围。根据对肌肉疲劳度预期的调节趋向及幅度,选择各区域合适的缩成率进行配置,得到塑身裤缩成率设计方案。这种基于肌肉疲劳度定向调节的塑身裤缩成率设计方法,在兼顾服装压舒适的同时,将压力对肌肉疲劳度的调节作用也考虑其中,通过帮助平衡肌力、减缓肌肉疲劳的进程,提高塑身裤的穿着舒适性,为塑身裤的缩成率配置提供方法参考。
Shrinkage design is the key factor affecting the fit and comfort of shaping pants.Reasonably designed shrinkage rate of shaping pants can modify the curve of the body while maintaining comfort.By observing the fatigue changes of abdominal muscles,rectus femoris,erector spine,gluteus maximus and hamstring muscles at different shrinkage rates through surface EMG test,this paper obtained the corresponding fabric shrinkage rate range when the muscle fatigue increases and decreases.Based on the expected adjustment trend and range of muscle fatigue,the paper selected the appropriate shrinkage rate for each area,so as to obtain the design scheme of shrinkage rate of shaping pants.This design method of shaping pants shrinkage rate based on directional adjustment of muscle fatigue not only takes into account the pressure comfort of clothing but also considers the adjustment effect of pressure on muscle fatigue.By helping to balance muscle strength,slowing down the process of muscle fatigue,the new design can improve the wearing comfort of body shaping pants,and provide a method reference for the shrinkage rate configuration of body shaping pants.
