摘要
近年来,BIM技术越来越多的应用到装配式建筑中,为其设计、制作和安装带来了极大的便利,本文通过总结BIM技术在装配式建筑领域的应用优势,以兰州某装配式钢结构保障房项目为例,分别从项目决策阶段、设计阶段、生产阶段、施工阶段和运维阶段进行基于BIM的成本控制相关技术的研究分析,以期为BIM技术在装配式建筑全寿命周期成本控制优势提供有益参考。
In recent years,BIM technology has been more and more applied to prefabricated buildings,which has brought great convenience to its design,manufacture and installation.By summarizing the application advantages of BIM technology in the field of prefabricated buildings,this paper takes an affordable housing project with prefabricated steel structure in Lanzhou as an example,and makes research and analysis on BIM-based cost control technologies from the project decision-making stage,design stage,production stage,construction stage as well as operation and maintenance stage,in order to provide useful reference for BIM technology in the whole life cycle cost control advantages of prefabricated buildings.
