摘要
结合2019年发布的《河南省装配式建筑评价标准》,介绍了河南省混凝土装配式住宅建筑技术的实施路径。围绕主体结构、围护墙和内隔墙、装修和设备管线三大部分,针对不同技术实施路径给出相应的技术方案,并对两种技术方案(即以主体预制为主的技术方案、采用水平预制+装配式装修方法的技术方案)的优缺点进行了分析。基于一定的工程项目实施经验,对装配式住宅建筑技术进行了成本增量分析。
Combined with“the evaluation standard of prefabricated building in Henan province”relesed in 2019,this paper introduces the implementation path of concrete prefabricated residential building technology in Henan province.Suitable system integration technology solutions for different technology paths is provided in this paper about tree main parts of main structure,enclosure wall and internal wall,decoration and equipment pipelines,the advantages and disadvantages of the solutions are also analyzed.Based on certain work experience,the incremental costs of prefabricated residential building technology is analyzed.
